What do you do to motivate your students to read?

I think all the teachers and parents should motivate their students reading habits. So it will develop the thinking ability of a student and also this will helpful for a better writing skill. How much we read that much we can write.Reading is the important factor for the personal expansion of a person. So in our home town i am started a small library with the help of my friends. We are ready to motivate all the students to read any think they interested books, also we are conducted a personality development cles for making a better generation.
