Confused about FSB, mem speed, and cpu speed?

OK, I have a FSB of 200MHz, a cpu multiplier of 12, so my cpu runs at 2.4GHz correct? My ram speed measured my cpu-z is 400MHz, but rated at 800MHz, is it running at 800MHz because is is DDR? If that is correct, then is my mem speed 800MHz because my mobo is quad-pumped? I have been reading about this stuff alot, and I just seem to get more confused.
