Plz rate my yugioh deck 1-10?

Well from what you have it looks like a pable deck. If you are just dueling your friends then you should do just fine. But if you want to own your friends then you have to build your deck around an archetype. Or in other words a common theme like a warrior deck built around warriors or a beat down deck with high attack 4 stars that are 1900 or above.
