Why do blacks whine about police?

People who are poopre or ethnic have never really trusted the police. This is because of a long history of Police misusing thier power and terrorizing the people who do not have enough power to fight back or get real action against them done. In oakland we don't rat on the dealer next door because that dealer has friends who will KILL you and your family. I may not like what the dealer does but I will not endanger my families well being by ratting out someone for something that the police can obviously see. The community does not like violence, we don't strive for that, but thier is a criminal element and to us, they are just as powerful as the police, and even more ruthless at times.
