Do I have a legal case (involves slander/defamation)?

The only and best defense to defend against a defamation suit is truth. If there is any truth to her statements, then regardless of who she told or how it hurt you, you have no case. If she flat out lied, then you can successfully win a defamation lawsuit. Since you say that you're not intested in money, just to have the info removed, then I'm not sure. I've never heard of a police report being deleted or edited, but then again, I'm in no position to know that, good luck.
