Webkinz Treetop Room: Won't Show up. Help?

OK so I have the Webkinz Lilkinz Cardinal and I've heard of the treetop room. I wan't to get it so I can make it her (My cardinal Scarlet) room. But when I click buy, it won't show up. Someone told me to click the spacebar but nothing happens.
