How good is a palmer snowboard?

i dont know all that much about the equipment, but im a pretty good snowboarder. my dad talked to some people and said he got me a palmer snowboard for my birthday because its one of the top snowboards for girls. it was like, 600$ so im thinking it cant be bad, but is it good?
