Can a radiologists or a orthopedic surgeon become million ares?

Radiologists and surgeons both have good incomes. Of course, they don't start making any money until they're into their thirties, then they have to pay back loans that could easily be $200K or more. They'll have expenses of running an office, malpractice insurance, getting privileges at hospitals, etc., etc. If they're working enough hours to earn a million in a year, then they aren't going to have any time to enjoy it.... And before you get to that point, you have 12 years or more of crushing studying, ridiculous work schedules, competitive atmosphere, stress, debt, etc. It's not for the faint-of-heart or the lazy. If your main consideration is money, then you'd best forget about becoming a doctor, because that motivation won't be enough to keep you going. It's much easier to "get rich" in lots of other occupations.
