Who do you thin are the best hitting & pitching coaches in the major leagues?

Who do you think is the best and why? I think it's Rudy Jaramillo cause he helped develop Michael Young (05 batting champ and also had 200 + hits for 5 seasons) as well as Jeff Bagwell & Mark Teixiera. As for a pitching coach, I have no idea. Thanks. :)
