My husband was just told his biological father is unknown.?

How do we find out for the sake of our children? They are caucasian, Indian and either mexican or saudi arabian, depending who his biological father was. We do know that one of the men has ped and the other presumably out of the country.Can we do this without the potential fathers by blood test or something just to find out their race.
