Lump, could it be from shaving?

Right at the top of my leg, where my bikini line is, theres like a pebble sized lump. It feels hard and hasnt gotten any bigger. I noticed it like two weeks ago. My friend says she has one too. Could it just be from shaving, or should I be worried?
