Im thinking of adopting a brittany spaniel, Please read more!?

I need to find out about the breed before I get one, I want to know if it fits this lifesyle: Very active family, got one child under 3, and one whos a teenager, live in an apatment with no backyard, but the dog will get 2 30minute walks a day, dont really wnat to bother too much with grooming, maybe like once a week. We will be adopting from a shelter to save a life, Is this breed right for me!
