How many shoe bombs have been found by the TSA since 2001?

Just got back from a vacation that involved a lot of flying, including some international. Had to take off my shoes in the US but nowhere else, and got to wondering if anyone except the Brit back in 2001 has ever been found with a shoe bomb?
