How long after a miscarriage did your period arrive? Please answer! :(?

I had a miscarriage on 29/04/08, which strangely is the day my period would have been due. I was 8 weeks pregnant and luckily had a natural m/c with no d&c. I was just wondering if anyone that has been through a miscarriage could tell me how soon after their period returned? My normal cycle is 31 days so it could be at the end of this week(ish?) The doctor said i could start trying again after my first period has returned. Also if anyone could give me any tips/advice on conceiving after a miscarriage that would be great, i am rally anxious that i wont be able to get pregnant again! Any 'words of wisdom' would be fab, thank you! xx
