How do i stop hiding from people at recess?

yes only the only thing i can say i if u wanna sitt wid people just sitt and u dont have to talk to them and if they ask u to move then dont and another thing never run u might feel one way about the thing u did but u did it and u cant take it bac and u and the skool will get over it find an friend that u can talk to and have recess eis u and be their friend but dont open up to that friend gurl or boy until u can trust them and go day by day and step by step and thats b-cuz people think ur friends stupid u dont have to stand them up b-cuz that just shows that ur not a good friend and then that just gonna come bac on u
