Did anyone else know that Scott Peterson's appeal is case is starting in April?

California Supreme Court has moved to grant the appellant an extension of time to prepare opening statements to April 1st 2011. Just wondering what anyone else knew about it, it is pretty interesting. And btw, even though I will get folks hating on my for this, I think he is innocent, that was the worst example of cirstantial evidence and faulty police and judicial work I have ever witnessed, shame on the town of Modesto.
