Am I being scammed by a Yahoo email address?

I received an email saying I won 1500000pounds sterling from Yahoo/msn promotions out of the U.K. They want me to contact..royalbanktransfer2011@yahoo.co.… to collect the "winnings".Please advise whether or not this is a legitimate address for the Royal Bank of Scottland and any affiliation with Yahoo. Thank You.
