Here's one thing for America. The military industrial complex has made a killing and Haliburton and KBR have profited beyond their wildest dreams. Well, it doesn't really help America but it does help executive level management. FUBAR, that's what we have created in Iraq. At least under Saddam people had electricity, running water and weren't going to be blown up while going to market.
